Project Description: Dr. Wyns’s current work with RTB is writing a book about “Science, The Universe, and God.”  This book is intended for Bible students and young scientists. Bible scholars and scientists search for answers to the many questions of life and each generation discovers amazing new truths. This book helps us bring the two disciplines together so that our faith in God grows and we have answers to give others who are searching for Christ.

Biography: Peter Wyns entered the ministry at the age of 14. Just four years later, at 18, he became the senior pastor of his first church. He also pursued his studies and received a doctorate in philosophy of religion from North Carolina College of Theology.

Over the last 52 years, he has pastored in the US and Canada, cofounded Intercessors for Canada, helped plant over a dozen churches, and has mentored hundreds of pastors worldwide. His love for the Word of God motivated him to found a Christian school and a discipleship training ministry in Canada called Foundations Training Institute.

He currently serves as lead pastor of Antioch International Church in Fort Mill, South Carolina, and ministers internationally as president and founder of Christians for Messiah Ministries. He is the grandson of Bible teacher Derek Prince and continues the mission of strengthening the body of Christ. He has authored over 20 books, many of which have been translated into multiple languages. He and his wife, Joy, have traveled to over 45 nations, training ministers and teaching multitudes of Christians. He is often asked to speak on the following topics: prayer, church growth, blessings and curses, Israel in the last days, and equipping God’s people for the work of the ministry. Wherever he goes, he imparts wisdom, faith, and releases the favor of God.
